It's a bit of a mystery why it's missing but that guitar is a dead ringer for the HRC one.
It's the same guitar he had at the Euphoria press conference.

Oh yeah, no idea it was used in Kiss for sure but it was very active during that brief period of activity Vinnie had back then.

My thinking is that if Vinnie couldn't come close to getting the sound he desired, then he would not compromise his playing by having a shitty sound.
Those conventions are basically just traveling carnivals. Borrowing amps at each stop of the tour would suck.
THAT and also they probably didn't pay him enough to PLAY.

ok, but lots of vv fans must have travelled far. At least explain himself. I think he may have gotten pushed into it without wanting to do it. I suppose the benefit of the doubt is the correct approach.
