Vinnie didnt use v guitar until in kiss as well.
Seems like kiss made vinnie who he is more than I thought.

Thank the Lord Vinnie didn't have to wear that headgear though!

Maybe if he had been involved with the elder the head gear may have been used.

I always thought the Ankh Warrior/Wizard character would've fit the best with the Elder concept more than any of the others. I can just see Vinnie in a black unitard like Ace's Elder costume but instead of a silver lightning bolt a huge gold ankh across the chest and gold Chuck Taylor-type footwear (and keeping with the short hair, a Cleopatra type bob cut.)

If Vinnie would've joined a year earlier I wonder if the Elder would've been heavier or wouldn't have happened at all?

I still dont think vv made kiss heavy..I suppose warrior was a little heavy but not like creatures.. I think producer plus desire to go heavy from kiss was what did it. Vv on elder would have made record better I believe.

True Dino... I guess cause of his "shredder" guitar style and the fact that he joined when Kiss was riding the coattails of the NWOBHM, he often gets the credit for turning them metal. When you think about what a great pop song writer he was (Treasure plus doing disco with Dan Hartman at the time) if he joined Kiss in 1980, Unmasked would've probably still been a great pop rock album and not heavy cause Paul and Gene were still trying to stay mainstream.

Vincent was a real musician, i think he was good on whatever style he did

Knowing what I know I am sometimes surprised how he got one solo album out.

he was younger and had more drive and will, after his problems with vvi the g&p ghost started to grow
eclipsing all of his person, he wanted back in '96, when he didn't got that he went mad in '97 and dedicated
most of his energy to sue them. that's what happened.

I still say the fleishman thing regarding the boys are gonna rock video was beginning of end for vvi. Not being able to put out bots and substitute as videos was end.
That said its mind blowing that time of year wasnt at least a moderate hit and weird ashes was never a video.

Nothing with vvi made sense apart from the music.

That about wraps it up for vinnie. The bad fans ruined it for the good real fans (something vv likes to say).

It baffles me, to be honest. I just treat him as I would treat my dearest friends/family members. Praise them for doing well and tell them when they fuck up so they can correct their actions.

I expect, and receive, exactly that from my loved ones.
It's simply one of the things that you do for someone that you care about.

He doesnt like any straight talkers. Its got to be fake talk with ass kissin with vv and even then you dont know.. however with some angeles he seems to not mind teasing and jealousy talk.

another album (i supposed i've mentioned this before) that he could have done, would have been 'vinnie fingerpicking the nylon stringed acoustic' - the classical record.

Would've loved to see Vinnie and Alice Cooper pair up!
