We're with you.
Ace and Peter, despite their issues made Kiss, along with Gene and Paul. They were unique characters and things would not have been the same.
Kiss was perfect for the 70's with them.
Unfortunately the perfect 80's lineup could not stay together.

Paul and Gene made dumb decisions all the time(Getting rid of Peter, moving to disco, letting Tommy & Eric wear Ace & Peters make-up, etc.)

Exactly, yet a lot of KISS fans like to act like if you don't buy into or agree with everything Paul and Gene do, you're not a REAL KISS fan, and that couldn't be any further from the truth for me. I've never seen the KISS Army so divided as it is today.
