Difference is everyone seems to think 3rd eye blind singer is a jerk while kiss seem to get somewhat nice guy comments from people they work with. Fredianelli has a lot of points but like vv he should have signed. Difference is vv left early enough to get his own band going. Fredianelli wasted most of his career unsigned to the band. Fredianelli said last 2 years in band he couldn't pay his bills he was getting so little money but co wrote singles that sold millions.

Its all about the paper work, I would never consider playing for a touring band with out clear legal paper work laying out what my pay is. Weather it be a salary or other, I also would never turn a song over to the band with out clear ownership of the song. I understand musicians getting clipped in the 60s 70s and but it was pretty publicly known by the 80's that you had to read and understand the contract and if not find someone who did.

Yeah. But i also see a broke musician like cusano or fredianelli taking a big profile gig and taking what they are given. Both I bet thought sooner or later a good contact would come along or like vv did they would move on.
