The 1st CD planned for release features master quality recordings of many tunes that have only been heard in lesser, bootleg quality form on YOUTUBE and other sites. Songs like 'Tears,' 'Gypsy In Her Eyes,' 'Forbidden,' among others which I'm sure you've already heard will be available in proper, master quality form. A couple songs YOU'VE NEVER HEARD BEFORE that will be FINALLY released are the powerful and melodic rock masterpiece 'UNCONDITIONAL,' and a song recorded in 1988 titled 'BORN A COUNTRY GIRL' among others. I know it because I worked with him. He thinks of something he wants to do and then announces the planned release. Its usually not anywhere near being made.
I am guessing the boxset was a planned thing too but nothing more than planned.
