once I have seen the finished guitar .. and when I can afford it - I will be having neck thru (this is set neck) with ebony board .. it all depends on how the finished version looks

I think by "set neck", they actually mean a neckthrough. Just some confusion with the lingo.

no .. I have ALL the build pics and this is a set neck .. dont know why they chose that route as makes it more difficult I would think .. but thats what it is .. I have no idea if it is built to order or what .. they seem to think I am the buyer all the time even tho I have told them time and time again I am a future potential customer as I like the look of the Paul Stanley Ibanez and even tho I played an origional which was horrible (hrs before I saw KISS in Glasgow) I always wanted one .. I like the look of the Neal Schon LP they are doing too .. time and money will tell

I find it really funny. Maybe they call the guitar 'trevor johnston model' . I would love it if that was the case.

I think trev actually got more hits than vv on youtube with his jackon vv vid so maybe it could be the teej model now.

teej! I just played an Ibanez PS10 (1995 version) the one with sparkle finish.
at the Stockholm Vintage guitar fair and expo this weekend.
Not a bad guitar. it is for sale by a Danish Dealer. ca 1700-1800 UK Pounds I think.

Other than buying one of these to just hang on a wall, I wouldn't spend the cash. I would imagine they are the same as most of the other Chinese fakes. made of soft mystery wood a plastic / lament fret board non working or no truss rod, horrible electronics and the cheapest hardware there is.
These are not like the Chinese Epiphones or other legit guitar company's that are made there.

I bet Jackson will be spelled Jacksun on the headstock

Yeah but no copyright laws in china so they will use jackson logo. No democracy and no copyright in china yet becoming the only superpower. Damn .
