I watch TMS regularly and I've noticed they have mentioned Vinnie quite a few times.

Yes, I believe that it aired last weekend. Guests were Doug Pinnick, Tom Morello and Tony MacAlpine

He was talked about tonight regarding hall of fame. Ed said vv is his number one person he wants to interview. He said he tried in past. I think kiss will quit after induction so this could be last chance for vv.

Definitely a window of opportunity now for Vinnie to get back in the spotlight... HOF, Ed Trunx show, etc.

But he'll blow it as we all know.

Dino, as far as Kiss stopping after HOF induction... I just don't see it. They could have just as easily NOT been inducted again, wouldnt have changed a thing. Also, as bad as Paul's voice is today and he STILL continues means to me that Kiss will last prolly another 10 or 15 years (ugh.) I think it will be especially hard for Paul to give up the limelight easily... Gene would just continue with a million other projects.

I bet they want to be inducted without ace and peter particulary paul but the brooklyn audience should be real pissed. I think it will be 80% die hard kiss fans
I think the only future for tommy thayer kiss line up is a las vegas residence.

They really scewed up giving catman and space ace to other members. That said both ace and peter did play with the imposters in make up.
For me its either just the originals or everyone.

As much as we are hard on vinnie he unintentionally is rick n roll which is why we like to talk about him. And why no one sits on forums talking about tommy or bruce.

Paul likes to control the illusion that they dont need the old guys but hopefully he just lets go.
Paul and vv similar in the way they like to control all aspects and dont want to do hard hitting interviews that would get respect of fans.

Vv really needs to do ed trunk show...if kiss end it in april it maybe his last chance. Eddie and vinnie would be fantastic.

because he has nothing positive to say? because he has no product to release and lying about tshirts and dvds etc will be outed to a wider audience? because he has no confidence anymore .. i feel for the guy i really do .. been through the grinder myself recently .. but he needs to stop lying .. thats his biggest problem .. if he would just be honest the world would love him ..

Yes. For sure if one guitar or DVD had sold it would be known by now and we would have reviews, so the lying has to stop.

i also know why he doesnt play anymore .. i havent touched a guitar in nearly 2 years .. now my playing was never as good as vv .. i dont think anyone ever got there .. but now i just got a new guitar again and its a total bummer remembering how i could play before .. always at least 2 hrs a day .. to have to climb the mountain all over again is such a drag .. from going from something that was such a part of your life to something that now feels totally alien is really hard .. you lose the passion .. i guess vv is no different .. i dont know if i will ever get the vibe back .. but i will try .. and so should you vv .. will meet you at the apex sometime man

People will hate you no matter what. That's the best reason for honesty. Nothing says, "Kiss my butt, asshole" better than kicking someone's miserable ass at something. If you want revenge on fucktards, prove yourself! Words are shit. Winning is everything. It's the glorious moment of boot planted in ass.

That's my general outlook on survival. The world doesn't love anyone. When you're born, it's a given there will be people who will try to crush your spirit. They never want to see anyone rise from the ashes. They suck.

I am not giving anyone the pleasure of shaming my character. They will have to continue to make up shit, exaggerate mistakes, and twist my words. I'm certainly not helping anyone.

Bad people don't want to hear the truth...it keeps them away, which I find beneficial.
