Fronting up the band would be erstwhile WARRIOR and ATOMIC PLAYBOYS vocalist Parrymore 'Perry' McCarty with Krys Baratto of THE REAL McCOYS on bass and Dino Guerrero of THE HANGMEN on drums. Sessioning on second guitar would be Mark Lewis.

Pre Ratt & pre Warrior version of the band had Robbin Crosby (Ratt) & Tommy Asakawa of Warrior on guitar
