Nothing really new here but it still makes interesting reading....particularly for someone who wants to know what NOT TO DO when trying to sue someone. It is realy hard to comprehend how someone like VV thought he was ever going to win this court action especially when deadlines to file documents supporting the claim were effectively igonored....???

i don't know anything other than its never going to work out. get on with a new era and blow people away with new music.. if they don't like you or you don't like them.. what better way to heal or say fuck you with some kick ass music.

Sounds like a plan to me Dino. You can never get 100% approval for anything, you just have to do the best you can.
