Vinnies angels is the dumbest thing vv ever did and embarrassingly awful imagery. Also he lied and faked sales of a dvd solely for trademark reasons. Lied outright to fans.

Vinnie supposedly owns that version of the Fox makeup and has to show that it is being used for entertainment purposes.

He doesn't use the fox makeup for anything commercial. He just fakes cds which could be proven in court. He has no chance of winning if anyone uses fox makeup.

I heard that that The Parasitik Twins plan on doing a show in full Fox garb soon.

Like I say over and over his tm only covers the image he tm'd. So any other image of the fox or wearing the make up is not in any way shape or form covered.

Also I bet he uses tm1 as sort of a tm confused idea.
People don't understand trademarks so this is why he gets people worried about using the make up.

He couldn't tm his own makeup as the ankh symbol can not be trademarked
