Looks like Bob got some free reign on the solos.

I never paid much attention to those solo shows of Paul's, I just added them to my collection, I'll have to take another look.

It was ok, almost Vinnie like...almost...and apart from the feedback it was fine! Paul's trills at the end were horrible though!

I like the way he uses the trem bar.

Bob Kulick is a much better player than Bruce Kulick

Bob publicly says that Vinnie is a great player so I'm sure that he would want to play a Vinnie Solo memorably which I think that he did here in the late 80's

There used to be a Bob Kulick interview on You Tube were he said that Vinnie could shred the walls down but he thought that he should have stayed in Kiss longer and built a bigger name and a bigger following before leaving

Yes. Bob even used bobby rock and vinnies engineer for his record. Nice touch the rr v. After I posted this I did some research and Bob said they hardly rehearsed for the tour and early on he hadn't worked out a lot of the solos.

I like eric singer way more here. I think he got corrupted after a while in kiss to sound generic and play pocket drums. Bob also is the only person who I heard criticise Bobey rock. He said on skull he was never happy the way bobby played.

I think it's great. Paul's voice sounds bad. That's a tough song to sing. Cool Jackson!

Thats a epic song, one of the best constructed power ballads actually very bluesy . I could almost have seen Gary Moore covering it.
