According to the site, the troubled actor, 48, approached an unidentified man on the street and asked to see his necklace last week. When the person agreed, Dick took the piece of jewelry and continued riding his bike on Hollywood Blvd.
Police found the former Dancing With the Stars contestant near his Hollywood apartment Friday night. (The AP reports he posted bail early Saturday morning.)
Dick has had several run-ins with the law before. He pled guilty to cocaine and marijuana possession in 1999 and was reportedly on probation for sexual assault in 2008. Back in January 2010, he was arrested at a West Virginia bar and was allegedly charged with two counts of sexual abuse. He agreed to a six month pre-trial diversion program.

Agreed. It's best for all concerned as the new owner could be charged with possession of stolen goods! Make good Vinnie, a clean slate.

Dino, I love you. That just doesn't make any sense. At this point it is ALL OR NOTHING. Vinnie is setting himself up for jail time if this auction continues. I will explain in a different thread later...
