I'm kinda amazed that it's not already on youtube. It's been in trading circles for decades. It's very hard to hear what is being said. Maybe I'll play around with it and try to sweeten up the audio.

And ofcourse his declarations of owning only a cheap guitar for work. Bankruptcy fraud has a 5 year sentence in tennessee and virtually everyone who is found guilty serve it but vv declared on lots of bankruptcy declarations so he could face over 20 years now he is selling his guitars on his site

Plus the law firm who represented him in bankruptcy were involved in selling these guitars
Vv official emails regarding the sale of these guitars showed the same law firm plus return addresses. So they knowingly are letting him sell fraudulent items plus they know the namm guitars are at least 50% property of the maker.

50% my dirty asshole. They are 100% owned by Tom Palecki. Tom has ALL of the money and time into those instruments. The bogus contracts prove that.

I have had this audio for years. I believe it was first made available at one of the old New York Kiss Conventions. I haven't listened to it in over a decade but, from what I remember, the first part is pretty boring as it is an attorney (or somebody other than Vinnie) rambling off a lot of legal mumbo-jumbo. The second half of the tape is more interesting as it is Vinnie in court. I don't remember what all he said but I do remember that it was pretty depressing to hear. Perhaps I'll dig it up one of these fine days.....

This has nothing to do with anything, it's our there, people have it, I've had it for years and others wanted to hear it.

It's very timely, with his recently trying to sell guitars, we can all hear from the horses mouth about them.

Yes, there are no pics from the court, just the pics used in the video, converted into a slide show for people to grab. It's good you can see them.
