Cool Sammy. Must have so annoying to constantly repeat the ''Mark's no address tape" BS story.

Talk about going into it in-depth!!

Did the guys in Sweden really not know that Mark had toured the first album already and that Robert was long gone? It's hard to imagine in this day and age.

You have to wonder, with the story about Mark and the tape, that the talk about the band feeling is all just talk as well? Clearly we know he doesn't like this album now, so it's strange to hear him towing what is probably the Record Company line.

The publicists and record labels all came up with lies in the 80s to make bands seem cool. The fastest selling album on chrysalis will also have been a made up lie to get a buzz. It was very common . That was pretty much across the board.

They really must have come up with the mark slaughter tape lie to save face in why robert left so they didn't have to say the real reason. However very uncool to suggest robert wasn't first choice. Robert was with vv from start. Really an asshole lie. He could have said he loved first singer but didn't work out and that would be fine.

Yeah, the truth would not have sucked, we can take it and be understanding, and as we can all see, this stuff gets out anyway and just looks lame.
