Metal Hammer Fanzine is searching Vinnie Vincent

Post by wolfgang161272 »

Hi at all,

I've had an email conversation with the head office of the european top metal magazine Metal Hammer.
They will find out what is happened with Vinnie Vincent and what he is doing now.
This will be a top story for the magazin and for us!
And they find out what he is doing...

They will write me an exclusive email - for our forum.

That's the absolutly killer for me....and I hope for you too

I really hope Vinnie doesn't get upset about this, if they contact him. I think he wants to be left alone, and unnoticed. When/if he wants to let people know what he's up to, or if he wants to sell new music, he'll do so when he's ready, and not just all of a sudden when a magazine wants to know what we have all been wanting to know about for a very long time.. Hopefully, one day, he'll see his fans just want to know the truth, and not have to hear all of these ridiculous rumors. Like the one about Vinnie being a chef. That one is just so silly..

I can see Vinnie at home saying " These fucking people won't stop!" . I hate the thought of him getting annoyed. I wish that he would see our perseverance as LOYALTY.

I wish that Vinnie would realize that he has a SAFE PLACE here at the VVFF in that underneath all the hijinx, we do care for him and accept him . This issues that exist between us are mostly PERSPECTIVE.

The deeper we have dug and the sensitive information that has become known to us has really affected me.

The more that I discover about Vinnie, the more I'm disgusted.... not with Vinnie, but with myself.
I do not know what we are going to get out of this except hurt feelings for EVERYONE involved. If curiosity kills cats, then I'm feeling like a pussy for not being able to walk away from this.

Still we search, partly out of fandom, partly out of feeling jilted. I don't want to chalk any of our actions up to HUMAN NATURE but... ...I guess that is all I can do at this moment. I believe that Vinnie as well as certain members here (me included) are very guilty of this. Both hurt parties are saying "fuck you" in there own special way.
I'm sure Vinnie has special memories of "his time" just like we do. THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT THEY ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR HIM TO WANT TO CONTINUE BEING WHO WE WANT HIM TO BE.
I do however believe that the "tortured artist/recluse" shit is overdone. A simple note on an official board stating his intentions in a gracious manner would most likely have solved all of this unnecessary hurt.
YET, Still we search... ...Still "I" search...

Vinnie doesn't do interviews. They can try however.

I think it would be interesting for them to search if he has been making music under a different name.. at least the country stuff from the 90s

Good work Wolfie!!!

Do you know if they have found Vinnie or any good info out, or are they just starting with good intentions?

I hope they don't get fooled by any Vinnie fakes out there.

I think with anyone we contact, we should give them Mark Nolan's information and let him ask Vinnie.

good work wolf.

they will have a hard time finding anything out. If they find something we have not then great.

If they get through to him, first thing Vinnie will say to them is that we are spreading lies over here, even though we are not.

The only way they will get anything new is from a direct interview. Metal Hammer were a supporter of VV in the 80s so maybe he will consider it. I doubt it, but maybe.

The only thing I want to hear from vv is technical questions and I doubt that would be something Metal Hammer are interested in.. They would be more talking about kiss and VVI break up etc.. stuff we all know.

Good on you Wolfgang. Big effort on your behalf.
I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.

I hope he if it happens Vinnie will see us as his friends and not his enemies! I will always carry a torch for him, his music got me through the last two years of school!!!!

I have said to them: we all want the best for him. We are only interessted on his musci stuff, technical features and his guitar playing - NOT ON HIS PRIVATE THINGS.
Metal Hammer is starting next week finding out what he is doing. They will contact Mark Nolan for information.

So I hope I've done a good job for Vinnie and for our fooles....haven't I?

great wolf

the personal stuff is not so interesting but the music and technical is. It would be great if they do something. VV needs to let people know what he has done musically. also it would be great to know about the legendary versions of the vv model.

i hope vinnie if he does speak with them doesn't promise stuff he can not deliver.. but anything would be great.

Heck, Let's not get specific about what the Vin-man should talk about.   Let's get him out of the house first. A simple"fuck off" from his own two lips would be amazing !!! I'll take it !!!
