pretty much after 1988 vinnie did nothing for anyone. He only put out a partial release poorly recorded after tha. How could someone that talented only put out 4 tunes since 1988 and written and produced or played on zero other projects.

if youi read jake e lee story,it is pretty clear that it wouldn't have worked.He would have been in the same situation as he was while in Kiss.i.e. giving away publishing as a perequisite for workin with Ozzy.Plus Ozzy was adamant in looking for someone unknown and without any ego.

I don't see vv and ozzy together at all, yes would be interesting but musically I can not see it at all. I think vv would have been perfect for whitesnake but no way coverdale would select him. Vv not bluesy enough for dlr.
