I was watching Fox News last night and heard something really odd in the background while someone was talking. I made a short video so people can hear it. I've had people tell me it's someone coughing or clearing their throat. To me it sounds like a deep growly type voice saying words. But I can't make out the words. I'm curious as to what you guys think it could be.

My wife thinks it's the camera guy clearing his throat. We can hear it clearly in your recording.
