Yes trademarks have a set time and will expire if not renewed. I just think it's weird that Vinnie would own Eric's makeup.

I heard on the decibel geek interview with Eric's sister that Vinnie owned it but she denied it saying that Kiss owned it and let her use it. I find it really hard to believe kiss wouldn't renew it.

But this is very interesting... I wouldn't believe it, but this seems so official. It could be true based on what we have here, but I'm pretty sure that if this did happen then everyone would know because of Gene and Paul. Not sure

For some reason I don't find it that surprising, seeing as he did trademark the words "Vinnie Vincent"
