Nice work Sammy!! This is very exciting. I have wanted to see him perform live for over 30+ years and I was numb during Atlanta. I would love to see a full live set. I just wonder if this will be electric or acoustic. Either way, this is the best news!!!

It has actually freaked some people out that you can get the information when things weren't officially announced.

It is true, Derek and Vinnie are working together again but it is stuff like this that can entice Vinnie to stay home instead of getting back out there again.
Hopefully the acoustic storytelling shows give Vinnie the confidence needed to blaze electric.

I will say that the Atlanta experience was an amazing time and I really do believe Derek is a genuine person with good intentions. I was sorry to read about some of the negitive experiences that others had. That old saying, "It takes money to make money" couldn't be more true. There definately needs to be more players involved. There is no "I" in team is another phrase that rings true. I know others have discussed this before, but everyone has an important role when it comes to success. Building and maintaining personal relationships is more than half the battle. People disagree from time to time, but just talk it out and move on. I really hope that everything is going in the direction that we think it is.
