I see people all the time wearing KISS makeup, at concerts, in KISS tribute bands themselves. What is the difference if Vinnie wears the ankh of old?

Why would KISS sue him and not the others who are wearing it, and some of which are making money?

The cross design is three-fold.
I believe that Halloween afforded some slack to Vinnie.
Vinnie seems to actually practice his religion ...Catholicism.
AND... the new design might keep Kiss Company at bay.

They should cut VV some slack. No like KISS are going to do anything with the Ankh makeup cause it's not like the Ace/Spaceman (how fucken original!....really? 'Spaceman' that the best Gene & Paul could come up with? WTF?)
VV is so associated with the Ankh makeup that it should be his anyhow.
And it seems that it is for the most part 'conveniently' forgotten or overlooked part of KISSTORY
