For those that are concerned about these shows in Nashville not happening / happening not as advertised / possible fraudulent behavior I would suggest drafting a polite email / letter to the people in the following departments. A polite email / letter is always a good thing for those in power to have informing them and keeping them informed of the issues in their community. I certainly hope these shows happen as promised and that all are happy with the outcome, but in case it all goes wrong it's good to let those in seats of influence know of the issues.
