That is bullshit. They NEED to get you you're money back, plus the costs involved with cancelling the gig twice. IE travel, accommodation, food, fresh underwear, etc. Fuck them

Their dishonesty is of epic proportions. Disgraceful criminal behavior over and over again. How many people people has VV and associates fucked over?
The boxset people, the forum people, the guitar people, the concert people, band members etc.
I bet we could make a hefty list of people that have been wronged.
Think a class action is needed to bring this in order.

But strangely enough VV is always associated with these debacles.
Other artists don't seems to be ripping their fan base off every-time they do something.

Contracts that are all one sided and that can be altered @ the last minute by you know who.
Look @ what happened to AZG Guitars, the Decibel Geek gentlemen and now Derek.
For VV, a guy who refused to sign the KISS contract, he sure knows how to manipulate contracts to suite his owe means.

The buck lies with Derek even if he's totally inocent. He totally knew what he was getting in to and he should have had precautions in place and refunds ready.
