I noticed that the videos had the footage of the young woman in question blacked out so you couldn't see her getting off at the same time. Maybe she could square the ledger by releasing that footage to make up for the embarrassment caused to him? (It is illegal to record without consent)

Well...Mustaine fired him. Pretty lame considering it was two consenting adults and the footage was released without his knowledge/consent. If she was under age, throw the book at him but as it seems she wasn't, two ladies may now be in a world of trouble.

I think the relationship being strained holds up, remember the time he was out before? Who knows the circumstances to get him back, but probably more to do with it being better for the band than being best buddies again.
