but the latest KISS rip off, people not getting refunds for their Vegas residency show (which got cancelled because they didn't sell many tickets).

and then all the problems with KOL getting out product and screwing fans over


Kiss has sure shown how they care nothing about their fans.

This is fairly unheard of until these recent events, and though KISS are involved isn't it the ticket agencies/promoters that are more the problem?

We have a major agency here that if you Google them, the reviews aren't great, people complaining about refunds etc. I've never had a problem with them when tours where cancelled (Motley Crue) or if a show gets moved due to illness or Covid (KISS, GnR).

In fact, when the GnR show got moved forward a year I used the opportunity to first buy better seats for the new date and then cancel the original ones. It was all easy and swift to get done.

Maybe many people have got refunds, but for some reason some haven't?
