Yes, KISS soundscan numbers are way off from actual sales. But these numbers are so far off.

I don't even know if Love Gun has sold 4M copies since it came out in 1977. It sure as hell hasn't sold that many in the US during Soundscan era.

And laughably he thinks the poor selling "Crazy Nights" has done over 1M copies in the Soundscan era? He really thinks that.

It's easy enough in this day and age to find where he got the numbers from. By no means saying they are right numbers, but at least to check his sources.
