The co-writes on this album stand as Vinnie's revenge on Gene and Paul bashing him yet recognizing that they needed his talents to get Kiss back on track.

Vinnie came up with the album name "Revenge".I believe that Gene asked if Kiss could use it. The title would have worked better as a Vinnie Vincent album than a Kiss album. The only people that Kiss would need revenge on would be themselves and their shitty career decisions.

They could sure use his writing help on their next album! Vinnie and Kiss is a good match.
