I am extremely concerned about the situation we have here. There were and are times when this is humorous but when you allow yourself to think about things , there can only be a few explanations for Vinnie's behavior and they are scary :

*** He "MIGHT BE" mentally unwell
*** He "MIGHT BE" using things that enhance his paranoia and horrible decisions.

Either way, Vinnie seems in desperate need of some understanding. The guy obviously needs a fucking hug.
I hope that he doesn't piss someone off enough to do something stupid. It seems that is the only power that Vinnie has left and he wants to utilize it.

I am not saying this to be funny or to belittle Vinnie, but this doesn't seem like a fair fight.
If there has to be a fight, I want MUHAMMAD ALI in his PRIME and not in 1980.
If I absolutely knew Vinnie had his wits about him and he continued to fuck with us ,then our INTELLECTS would go to battle.Something is VERY WRONG and just like I wouldn't physically fight a quadriplegic , I will try my best to not fight a 58 year old man with questionable mental health .

The shit against our boy Tommy isn't a criminal charge . Vinnie was even careful to not have his name attached to the legal proceedings. Diane's name is on the order.

And I even felt bad for Vinnie when Ed Roman had that little posting on his site that basically said "If any man, woman or transvestite can prove to me that there is a copyright on the VV guitar." I called Ed Roman, and we talked for over a half an hour. Ed agreed that what he wrote was a little harsh, and he removed that comment. I thought that was pretty cool of him to do that.

Ed is nicer than Vinnie, who would have guessed it?

I've talked to Ed Roman a few times at length. Surprisingly, he was very cordial when we spoke of Vinnie.

There may have been good intentions about a comeback initially, but it’s all shot to shit.

The phone has gone, the catalogue too it seems. You’ll probably never get a reply from the email now, and there will be no more guitars. Goodness knows what will happen to the guitars nearly finished – I doubt they can be sold unless someone sanctions it, which won’t happen.

The youtube video is so old now, it was never even updated with even one picture after the guitars were unveiled at NAMM.

There has been nothing from the horse’s mouth, or pictures or credible endorsements, nothing to actually give credibility to his ‘front’ company. Others involved appear to have nothing to say.

The company appears to have lost the plot completely, given up on announcements, and, apparently unable to do or control anything and everything it want to, has resorted to ridiculous threats.

There won’t be any music either, if there ever really was going to be.

To Mr Cusano, there is no challenge from this quarter to show me mettle (or metal), he couldn’t accept it, in the same way he seems unable to accept help, friendship or humanity – seeing it instead as hostility.

Give it up whoever you are, close the youtube account and do everyone a favour and crawl back under your stone, nurse your dented pride by all means, and try to be safe and happy - disappear into memory once again, at least we’ll really know where Vinnie Vincent is then – nowhere.

I believe he has amended (included stuff) to bankruptcy filings. They have to be after '97. I'm sure someone like Dino can verify that by memory..

Since he keeps updating the language on the youtube page I posted a comment (that is now "pending approval") that basically said:

"Your continuous updating of your description to sound more scary has done nothing to cause me to start shaking in fear. What is it with these guys? Both great guitarists in my favourite band in the world and both do the most dubious things to rip fans off in their spare time...
