I've always wanted to know... what exactly IS a Vegemite sandwich?

I do not like Vegemite. It's a name for dark brown sludge that is basically yeast extract. My kids like it though, but I have never eaten it.

Hugh Jackman once showed someone on a late night show in the US how to eat it, spreading it thinly with margarine/butter, which I can understand, but my son likes it so much he has it spread thickly. Yuck.

I believe Shramiac, Metatron, Genebaby, and Birnie ,agreed it was the equivalent of piss water.

The last time I had one was May 2012 on the Staten Island Ferry to see the Statue of Liberty. I believe we were allowed to bring a drink on the ferry, so I picked a Fosters Premium Ale (green label can) because it was so big, lol. I still have a pic of me holding it as I look out from the ferry.

Fosters has been gone from our market for so long it's funny how they market it as Australian for beer. It's like if Coors or maybe Bud light was American for beer I think.

Coors Light and Bud Light unfortunately probably are American for beer, lol. At least for people who don’t understand good beer. We were all raised on it, lol. Of all the mass produced old school beers from a few decades ago, I was partial to Miller Lite. I think I’ve read that all these domestic beer companies have been suffering due to the popularity of craft beers. We have tons of better choices produced in the States now. I could be wrong, but I believe Shiner Bock and especially Honey Brown Lager were what finally weened me off of Miller back in the 90’s. And it just kept getting better from there.

It's kinda like realizing that putting a finger or two in your can and tugging ,when your lid is about to pop off, gives you a stronger and more enjoyable peni-seizure.

If this had been handled differently I would TOTALLY be there. But no access to tickets and secret FB groups and such....Im beyond jealous of all that get to attend. I hope Vinnie drops major bombshells and really makes it amazing for everyone.

Eerr what the hell is the birthday bash? Vinnie playing boxset material and telling people his big plans that never haplen along with mentioning the haters. I'm a fan of the music but not hanging around like a groupie

I've noticed on the homepage, the drop down menu where I could edit profile, view messages, etc. is entirely gone.
Also no option to 'log out' manually.

The quick links drop down menu where you can see new posts since your last visit, etc. I'm using my phone to browse
