Thinking of chop shopping my B.C. Rich Gunslinger up & modifying to look like a Royale. It's an original 80's BC, so I am a little hesitant in chopping holes into, but either way it needs a new paint job.

Scoliosis

(My late father-inlaw (rip), use to say he had Scoliosis (curve of the spin) cause everyone was on his back)

I suggest hacking a different guitar up. I have a few of those 1980's Gunslingers.

That sounds like a plan, then you can put the Gunslinger back if you want to.

One problem with that, it is not a B.C.Rich, not in this lifetime or in an alternate universe, it is a Royal, they were crafted here in Wales U.K, he made that particular for a band here around 85-87, then he moved to England.......thanks for the fond memories

Kevin from Royal guitars was a member on the last vv forum (maybe even this one?). He wanted to make official vv guitars. The Royal guitars are one of the best guitars I ever played.
I also have a gunslinger that I love. No oil on back of neck which I love too.
