Peter Criss just released his full album, vinyl, cd and digital download for those that purchased the album, but no, Vinnie needs fan support, ie, your money, before anything even might be released.

He is burning blank cd of a truly horrible song thats available online for free . Also cd probably skip and no replacement offered..
If its been partially re recorded from the demos in early 90s which I doubt it has, but if it has it will be worse than the one online. He may have ai enhanced it.. something anyone can do now at home now.
But the song is pure slop . Pure mess. No one can say that ride the serpent is a good song .. its absolutely amateur high school shit at best .

Vinnie calling his music art for art collectors is insanity . The only art in ride the serpent is that its so awful that it will make people chuckle a bit.

Looking at Vinnie's statement about the "hopeful release" of the song, vs his statement about the cost to the fans is interesting.

On one hand, the song will come out "if support is there", but on the other hand his music is "intensley desired". There should be no question in his mind that this will sell out, and sell out easily, due to how desired and wanted his music is.

I understand the uproar on his business ideas and non stop announcements that never happen but the appearance jokes are not cool. Vinnie looked like female from at least 1986 .. its not a new thing and if Vinnie feels more female than male or if be just feels more comfortable looking how vv presents himself now then a actually think thats a heroic thing to do. So it looks like the "drums" on this track, and probably the others, are new, redone drum tracks, as Keary Jordan has only popped up fairly recently in the Vinnie world. He was the guy who created the backing tracks for the POS performance at Creatures Fest 2022.

What happened to the original drums?

There are sound bytes on you tube of some of these songs, Ride the Serpent, A new version of Heavy Metal Poontang and a new version of Youngblood with Robert Fleishman vocals. Some of the bytes sound OK and the guitar playing is very good, this is what we have been asking for nearly 30 years if you can believe that but Vinnie always finds a way to fuck things up. I would love to have these new songs and new arrangements of existing songs but it doesn't look like it will ever happen due to Vinnie's mental Illness. Like Chaim Witz stated, "you could give Vinnie the keys to the gate of heaven and he would throw the keys away"
I'm in my 60's now and I have evolved through a blend of life's cruelty and blessings. We live somewhere between Heaven and Hell and then we die. I hear what Dino wrote and I hear Vic's support which are modern progressive stances and I respect both these gentlemen view points. Vinnie's choice for his appearance is inevitably how he ends up marketing himself. Marketing is his sales package and people buy things that they like the look of and the sound and feel of. I don't personally care for the way that Vinnie presents himself and I also didn't like the look that he had for Invasion's first album but thought his presentation of himself was improved for All Systems Go. In marketing you put your best foot forward in an attempt to appeal to as many people as possible. In good marketing you never want alienate 90% of your possible customers to appeal to the 10%. The serman is over now and to be balanced I would absolutely buy this music for the musical genius, ferocious guitar playing and phrasing if it was available from reputable source and was a reasonable price. In sales you want to find that sweet spot of value where you sell the maximum amount of units for the maximum profit tied to those maximum sales units which equals the most overall gross profit dollars. Vinnie is clueless........ I can enjoy the music that I hear while not looking at what repulses my eyes. Vinnie was a very talented artist and we may not hear these remaining tracks until after he passes and his daughters release the music with guidance from others for a reasonable return. If it were not for mental illness and poor management Vinnie could have been an icon like Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Paul Gilbert etc. What a waste of talent........

I don't think Dino is a fan either. What he was saying, and I can relate, is not to hate on the "guy" for the way he looks. He seems to be lost in the middle of being a man and a woman, not quite one or the other, and it's not appealing. The best thing "he" can do is make a proper choice one way or the other and present the best version in either camp.

Suprise, surprise, neither of these things are happening, and so this isn't really going to be released because nobody wants it this way. Oh yes, androgynous is a thing. I did forget about that term. I don't think being androgynous is working for Vinnie, a bit like how being glam like the NY Dolls didn't work for KISS when they first tried that look. Being built the way they were, the glam look looked terrible on them, and being the way "he" is, the androgynous look doesn't look great either.

Except, unlike KISS who saw the issue and immediately stopped and found the right look, Vinnie is persisting with his broken look and broken business ways.

It's just sad, he could be so much happier and richer, but yeah, it's probably mental illness that is doing all this, and nobody can or is willing to help him.

I saw this article and it made me wonder, had Vinnie taken down the posts where he has been saying how great his music is, and picking on his fans for not being able to afford it etc?

There's more grandstanding here about the "new" music and I had a look and couldn't find the other stuff or this on his Facebook page.

Has he scrubbed it, but of course, the information is still out there....

Yep,

I saw Sebastian Bach's post showing his upcoming 2026 tour list.
Just amazing the amount of sweat these guys, the guys that still tour from any band, still pump into their craft at their age.
I saw Sebastian in Sydney a few weeks back doing album 1 from Skiddies.
So freegan good.

What does Vinnie have? Nothing, nothing but words.

He's the only one whining about the state of the industry, everyone else is getting it done, while he's doing nothing except being mocked wherever his name is mentioned.

I would bet that his whining and moaning would make people who don't even care about his music (most people) become actively interested in acquiring it for free just because of all this fuss. They certainly wouldn't be interested in buying anything he does and probably wouldn't have even listened for free, but they might try and get it if possible now.

He literally makes things worse every week.

What's interesting, is that we've been hearing about the music is coming for years and years now, since the "comeback". There have been more than one listening party, the album was finished and just had to go to the presses etc. All lies.

What we just got shoved down our collective throats is an all new approach. The US$200+ per song burnt cd bonanza. This was never mentioned until it just happened.

Something could have been mentioned in Atlanta 2018. - "Oh yeah, I've got that album ready. Let me give you a heads up, if you're in the market for a used car, put that purchase off and put those $$$ towards my album."

But no, we got other lies and excuses, and teases. Some people thinking, it's really gonna happen soon, Vinnie will release his long awaited album and cement his triumphant return. Ace does it. Peter just did it, Vinnie can do it.

No. Vinnie can't do it. He's beaten by every other ex KISS member who has put out legitimate product you can buy at legitimate outlets. He wants us to think there are 1000 people willing to pay over US$200 for each song and that he's gonna be sitting at his PC, burning 1000 discs every release.

Yeah, right, pull the other one Vinnie, it's got bells on.
