Kick ass!! Go Slaughter go!!!

It was super cool meeting Dana a few times when they plaed Sydney in Feb last year, and to hear about the biopic. Still waiting to see that one.

Imagine a VVI biopic?.....hmmmm......

Mark and Dana have been talking about that biopic since Covid. They acted like it was all set to go back in 2023. I doubt we will ever see it as a biopic. There'd be no demand for that. They are a band out there opening for Great White (without Jack). If they got a documentary, I could see that.

Look how bad the Runaways biopic tanked. You had all the Joan Jett and Lita Ford fans who could take a look at that one. It featured a good group of actors. Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning, Riley Keough. That only made $4.7M WW.

A Slaughter biopic would probably have to be 50-60% VVI material. Not much after that. They had 1 album that had great success and they came crashing down after that.

I think the Alice Cooper 16 episodes on his Shock and Faith will be really interesting. Its got a damn 50 year + history to tell. I'm glad they are doing Alice's like this. I don't want to see somebody "play" him.

I wonder if we will ever see the KISS biopic that's been talked about for years.

Yes, it does seem the Slaughter biopic is a non-starter. It should be out already.

I didn't even know about the Runaways one (not that I remember), and those are some pretty cool actors. I'm going to check it out, thought I generally hate these things, they are sooooooooo factually incorrect, which is not a hard thing to get right.
