vv should sue himself..the only person who has damaged himself is himself.
its beyond belief. the guy lies about who he is on internet forums and is proven to have suggested anti semitic comments about his former band members in public , he steals from fans in regard to the boxset and has never once told anyone he was sorry about it...he has gone bankrupt so many times the courts wont let him do it anymore and now he threatens fans that they will be sued. what the hell is he doing with his career ? what does he want? its just amazing to me? i could not imagine any other musician doing this.

i would let him sue the people involved with the pod cast. keep it true and then let him go after you with egg on his face. its totally laughable and he needs to stop using TM1 which is Les Kero... is Les Kero going to sue everyone? I have all details for Kero and I am going to send a package to him with all the threats used in his name. I wonder if he knows whats going on? , his home address is attached to TM1 on many simple internet searches and if TM1 is going to make constant threats then TM1 needs to know what VV is saying in les kero's name .Also does he know how v has stolen from fans in the past and then gone bankrupt
shameful and childish behaviour hiding behind an innocent family member. i have been saving all this stuff and would be happy to present it to anyone who gets threatened.

vinnie's next record should be called 'legal fees' or 'full force of the law' .. funny someone who constantly abuses the law (excess bankruptcy)and breaks it (stealing from fans) is so interested in the law being on his side and suggesting he is a perfect law abiding citizen.
if v hadn't have made a come back he would have been in a far better position and far more respected.

what he doesn't get is.. his actions will never go away. when he threatens fans it will stay forever. people will be talking about this stuff as long as he lives. just like when he kicked all his fans off his own forum.. he doesn't get it but it builds up his profile along with all the crazy stuff we heard from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
everything he does makes it worse and worse for him. the only person he hurts is himself. but he doesn't get it.

That's how drug fucked mental cases work. The actually believe in their own mind that they are right. I have a heroin addict neighbor who broke into another neighbors house. Got busted red had cause his blood was @ the scene this fuck stick & the rest of his fuck stick family believe that he wasn't there. Even another neighbor saw him on the roof of the house he broke into earlier that day. They're always the Victim & unfortunately they get away with constantly abuses the law & using the system to their advantage.

Personally i would avoid any rumours or quotes.. not for the sake of being sued , just state the facts you know. I can not believe he wants that stuff on his YouTube channel. Another low point. Can vinnie try to aggressively sue anyone for saying his name.? He would loose another case if he took something like that to court. I couldn't even see how talking about someone on a podcast could even get anywhere near a court.
What I want to know is why vinnie is putting himself through all this. The vv forums prior to him coming on board were so positive to vinnie (I have that confirmed in an email by vinnie and his lawyer). as soon as he takes over its been a disaster for him. Can he not see things were so much better without his fake users, legal threats and his hot head meddling.. basically he can not see all this shit is just a reaction from his fans after he treats them all like dirt . Why does he not see he is doing all this to himself.

Dino, I know that you have talked to the Kiss camp and their team.All of us know part of what you went through. I think it may be time for you to let your information and screen captures be available to the public. Vinnie is crossing many lines with his threats and this needs to come to an end.

i know you guys are joking but I don't think the 'misery' thing is correct, even though its easy to consider it.

Most reports I have had are that she is very nice and I think people who met her at NAMM said great things (apart from one or two).

Pretty much his whole life is now in the name of a Kero family which does make people think the whole 'misery' thing could be correct, but again my belief is this is far from the truth.

She was nice to me . My buddy came up to me after he purposely said my name right next to her . He told me her reaction so i switched passes with another one of our friends and actually had some nice small talk with her as I looked at the guitars. Her supposed blacklist didn't work on me anyway.
It's laughable that I'm on their shit list when I've been one of the nicer "obsessed fans" that has asked others to be understanding and patient.

Tom Palecki was nice as well. I saw Les but drew a line there.He seemed bored.
