Does anyone know if Vinnie? in the past has had an accident? I looked for the difference of the picture, the upper lip on the left is a bit high

As far as I know, We are just seeing the effects of gravity on a 59 year old man. Plus, that picture wasn't very flattering. He was depressed so it isn't fair to judge it.
I feel bad every time I see the mugshot.

I doubt he's had botox , a stroke , or any accident.

Someone may have given him a fat lip during an argument ???

He's just aged... Once you pass 50 (not speaking from experience) there is substantial change in appearance... I've seen it in my own parents who are Vinnies age... There's nothing wrong with growing old, especially if done gracefully as Vinnie has...

Yeah. I really don't see a problem with his face or appearance.
I thank goodness he didn't go the Shannon Tweed route and look like The Joker now. I also think G&P's facial touch ups have left them looking...unnatural.

Totally agree with you! Gene and Paul looks like...funny but not interesting. I liked Gene's face in the end of the 90' now he is lookin like a over operated drag queen
But I think the picture of Vinnie wasn't a good shot but he is looking natural and that's the best way...I like it

Right on Genebaby, he actually looks like a real "demon" in that pic... you don't think of him just being a 28 year old jewish kid from Queens. That pic scared the shit outta me and my brother when we first got the album for Xmas '77... our first KISS record!

Too bad... today he just looks like someone's chubby uncle dressed as a clown...

Yeah, I have never liked the way Gene did his make-up since the reunion. My fave look for him is that Alive II/Dynasty style.

He doesn't come across as menacing as he used to, a lot of facial expressions and mannerisms he did in the old days were lost.

I've liked the make-up much less since Peter & Ace started adding the eyeliner colors (Green & Blue) to their designs...and as Peter's hairline receded, the design around his eyes got taller and taller and taller and the green got bigger and bigger.

I really liked it best when they were all mostly white, black and silver...and a little red for Paul...
