Hi Chris...Sorry Man, been @ work all week & I can't read my FB messages...(works blocks them). What's you selling the Washburn SS for :?:
I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.

Hey guys, anyone know a quick fix to this problem. I want purchase Chris's Washburn SS40, but the postage is a killer. Almost as much as the guitar. In the past I've purchased guitars from the states with Huge cases like my Jackson RR5, my Godin & my BC Rich King V. Both the RR5 & King V were from real retail stores that were selling these guitars on e-bay . (Can't recall the Gobin...it was new...but don't know if the guy had actual retail store...Think he just an e-bay store) Anyways, the postage has always been decent (otherwise I wouldn't have purchase them) Does anyone know how they ship for around $U100 from the States to Oz. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Dannii, the stores that trade on eBay will have accounts with Ups and can usually pass the savings on to the customer because of the volume of product they are shipping... Some eBay sellers who sell a guitar or two now & then are usually quoting $400-$450 a pop...my gold rhoads cost $180 to ship in a hard case from USA via ups... Maybe Chris can try a few different companies to see if he can trim the postage?

My Black Charvel was $100 in shipping, I talked to the guy about that before buying but he sells a lot of guitars.

The best bet is if Chris can approach a guitar store he is friendly with and have it shipped with their account, thats my idea.

Maybe we should do this with Wolfi's guitar ???

I'm still waiting to see how much the cost would be through LM Engineering.
