September 5, 2003, dismissing the Debtor's claims in their entirety and awarding $66,457.47 in attorney's fees and $15,473.90 in costs

December 14, 2007, the Debtor entered into a retainer agreement with attorney Dave Nave

original principal balance of $81,931.37 redused to $52,171.86.

May 15, 2009, the Debtor filed a legal malpractice claim against Nave in state court seeking $400,000 in compensatory damages and exemplary damages. The Debtor did not list this prepetition claim on his
schedules.

The Debtor has rushed litigation repeatedly in this Court when it suits his purpose to avoid resolution of the Ninth Circuit proceedings and delayed litigation when it does not suit his purpose

Bingo!!!! The big problem with Vinnie is he would like to use the full letter of the law against everyone else (see the funny legal threats he has made against us over the last 17 months) yet he has no problem breaking contracts and deals he has signed and ignoring his obligations to others.

The ones I am remembering right now is his crapping all over Gerhard's contract with the Swedish Expo tour and his taking the money for the UK one and not even showing up at all!!!

It seems what's good for the goose is not good for the gander.

Vinnie has misused the court system in his war against Kiss. He has done some crazy things.

Vinnie will never win a law suit against the Kiss Company. He'll continually be rolled over by the Kiss tank... He will never learn & as long as this frivolous pursuit continues he will never live in peace or have any hope of happiness in life. My guess would be that this has become an obsession that he has focused all of his energy and attention to. The continual court losses would have created a lot of internal anger that he will never move on from because in his mind he is right and Gene & Paul are wrong

This is one of the sad stories of "What ever happened to"? People won't even remember Vinnie... This is the only active forum that the general public can obtain semi-current information about Vinnie...

I hope his lawyers are aware that he tried to sue his own lawyer. He burnt his bridges with kiss, his own band, guitar companies , fans , wife and lawyers... Pretty much the only people he shouldn't have been screwing around with. The only people hr needs he stabs in the back.
