i don't think he has the chops anymore , a new video could have been perfect to promote his guitar line
but he didn't do it , i'm really on the side that he cannot play like he used to, it's been 20 years now, look
at 20 years on your life,it's a lot of time.

No he couldn't because he would have to get other musicians to help him, trust that he would show up and they and the facility get paid.
