Must be from early '86. I remember the excitement of reading about Vinnie's solo album months before it came out. I thought Invasion was the perfect name went I first read it (and how cool it was for him to hire a female bass player named Dana!) 
Gene has his real hair here... never understood why he started wearing wigs in 84, then in 85/86 went back to his real hair (his hair looks good and fairly thick here) then for Crazy Nights and afterwards it was wigs/extensions ever since.
