If Vinnie made a 2012 comeback in costume and make up...would be KISS able to sue him ?
Since his make up is HIS property now and Eric Carr too, would be able to do a mini tour
with him and a drummer dressed and makeup like Carr , would be great anyway !
KISS Did stop him from using the make up back in '96

I don't think Vinnie actually owns the make-up design. I know there is that TM thing he's got going, but I think that isn't "really" the KISS make-up. I think it's some kind of variation.

yeah but he sues and causes problems so they just forget about it.
the thing is the more kiss use Vinnie the better it is for Vinnie, but he doesn't get it, he think he is owed money everytime he is used and in turn it stops them using the creatures era for anything and in turn means vv gets no promotion/ publicity.. he is only hurting himself as usual.

I don't believe he could do that, no. He's not allowed to promote himself in any way using anything Kiss related. Whatever the deal is with that makeup designs, it's Kiss related. I don't really know if he truly owns the designs, I know he can't use them.

I'd love to hear what Vinnie would've brought to later 80's era KISS... but Tears Are Falling... man, that was Bruce's shining moment. That solo is absolutely perfect...

I love Bruce's solo on Tears Are Falling. All I'm saying is that, had Vinnie not pork-chopped his position in KISS, in my head I can hear what I think Vinnie would've played for the solo.

We could have been saved from the bland stuff we got from the mid 80's onwards. Kiss really did suffer after losing his writing skills in a big way. The guitar playing became very generic too. Bruce is a lovely guy, but there's not really much to set him apart from the pack.

Yes that the first one Aurora. Just turned 4. The guitar is Batman's. Full CGI. The original photo of her is very different. She was playing the 'Air Guitar' in the original. No makeup. No boots. Jacket's been turn from cotton to PVC. Even her picking hand had to be cut from other photo of her, cause the one on the original photo was total blur.
