He needs the beard to complete the Revenge look and yes that's about the fattest I've ever seen him. He needs to keep that wig and retire the helmet too...

The hair does look good, kinda reminds me of Crazy Nights a bit.

If he lost some weight it would look better.

I've always thought Gene would look badass with a buzz cut...and it'd get rid of that weird helmet thing he has going on. It would also make it easier to wear the wigs he wears on stage.
