I kinda remember this, i know this family had to be put through hell, but with true Aussie spirit does not seem bitter.

Thankfully, justice was done for a family.
There is no question of the likelihood of a dingo carrying off a small child. The dingo has one of the strongest bite force quotients (BFQ) in the canine family. And the scavenger was able to carry off larger prey than the Tasmanian tiger, which was a factor in its extinction. If people had known more about the dingo 30 years ago, this family wouldn't have gone through as much as they did.
From The Royal Society Publishing Biological Science Website:
Among extant canids, the four hypercarnivores that often prey on animals larger than themselves, the grey wolf (Canis lupus lupus), dingo (C. l. dingo), African hunting dog (L. pictus) and the dhole (Canis alpinus), have the highest BFQ (108–142).

Live life as though it is the third law; "to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." Rules apply whether we are cognizant of them or oblivious.

Yes, this has been massive controversy for years. I can't believe the crappy work done in the early years, with "evidence" not being what it was which convicted her in the first place.
In the end, a young child met a horrible end, which is terrible, but it was made much worse when the family was torn apart as well.
