Great... where the hell did you find it?

From the guy who sold me Vinnie's COTN Belt and Collar. He had Vinnie's entire costume at one stage, however he decided to split it up last year and sell it off. In hindsight I guess I should have bought all the various components (including the boots and jumpsuit) but at the time I really only wanted the collar to add to my collection (it was really the only thing I could afford), As you know, the belt I on-sold to Wolfie.

The seller told me he wouldn't sell the vest, but I guess things changed as I got an email from him totally out of the blue over the weekend asking me if I was interested in it. I really couldn't turn the offer down to buy it as it is iconic in its own right.
