From Facebook... he was responding to some guy who asked about the guitarist in the band Alien. I just thought it was a funny, random response about Vinnie when he first joined Kiss [wonder if there are any pics of Vinnie learning to walk and play in Ace's Hotter Than Hell boots?). .
Anyway, here's Fox's little Vinnie blurb:
J.J. (Rikk) Kristi who played with me before he was in Alien. He wanted to know if I could put in a good word for him when KISS was auditioning guitarists at S.I.R. out here. They already were breaking in that knucklehead, Vinnie Vincent already. (I walked in on him by accident and he was wearing a pair of ACE's old lighting thigh-high boots wailing away by himself in another room at SIR).
I don't know about Mr Fox. He also said Vinnie had lost all his hair in 1988 which is total BS!

Being that Eric is wearing Ace's costume, Gene is wearing his 1977 Demon boots,and Paul is wearing Peter's gauntlets, in the photo shoot for COTN, I would say that it was a good possibility.

Oops posted a blank reply....But I liked Vinnie's wig with VVI. His natural hair is nice, too. But the wig was horrible when he wore it with the Ankh makeup at the convention. Didn't look right at all!

Hmmm, never thought about Eric's overly rhinestoned unitard in that pic possibly being Ace's overly rhinestoned Love Gun era unitard. I have always thought Paul's gauntlets were Peter's Love Gun ones.

lol it wasnt blank...u just goofed and typed inside where i did.
Tommy Rock said vv was balding in 79 when they worked together. I guess rik meant vv was thin rather than bald.
Anyway doesnt matter.
I still would like to know why vv ripped rik foxx off. Its without question in my mind that he did.
He had really fine, limp hair that was probably hard to do anything with. In some of the Creatures live photos you can see he's tried to tease it up but the top goes flat.
On a side note, I just used limp and hard in the same sentence...

if it was between 2002 and 2004 then yes we may have. i was madly in love with the girl that lived in my town but grew up in warren so i woulda moved if we woulda dated for maybe a week more
if not for dating her, i would have never been introed to sheetz, quaker steak, sharon,pa or that lil mall u guys have there. sheetz is awesome to say the least.
