Is time as we know it an illusion?

Post by KissMyAss »

Is there no distinction between the past, present, and future? Can time end? Is space truly the final frontier?

Space the final frontier. These are the voyages of Vinnie Vincent. His mission to seek out new women for sex chats, to alienate his fans, and to boldly go where many assholes have gone before - self destruction

I used to believe nothing existed and I was just seeing and feeling everything that is part of me. Eg if someone flipped me off or was a jerk it wasnt real it was just the jerk in me acting out within..travelling was actually just travelling my own body.. and the goal to experience pain and joy etc and to wipe out my own demons.. seek and destroy demos.. which basically was to dwstroy myself and live not for me but for the earth.. for the beautiful part of the earth not for me.. but then I got creeped out and had kids. No I wasnt smoking pot.

Do you know the human brain can only interpret a visible spectrum in a limited wavelength of color and sound? Gamma rays are outside the electromagnetic spectrum visible to human beings. External reality is very different from our reality. Dogs cannot see red. To a dog, reality is absent of red.

To an alien species that could see beyond t-waves, the world would look different. They would see things we consider invisible. Reality is an illusion, an erroneous perception of the external universe based upon our limitations as a species.

Cool.

I don't really mention this, but I was once a theravadan Buddhist monk ;) but it was more out of tradition than choice.

“He grinned. “I was trying to remember all the deadly sins the other day,” he said. “Greed, envy, gluttony, irony, pedantry…”
“I’m pretty sure irony isn’t a deadly sin.”
“I’m pretty sure it is.”
“Lust,” she said. “Lust is a deadly sin.”
“And spanking.”
“I think that falls under lust.”
“I think it should have its own category,” said Jace. “Greed, envy, gluttony, irony, pedantry, lust, and spanking.”

Dino said that to Brain saw. I did a really bad job at cutting. Kindergarten turkey hand with a missing pinky    Sorry about that. At first, I thought Dino was teasing me, and then remembered Jessica as owning the bass. I typed "peavey bass" into the search. And it was actually Brain Saw that owned it. We're both slipping in memory.

The internal search engine shows no peavey or peavy bass threads on this board. Venice angel only talked in pm's about it. Just for your information.
