It came in a cardboard envelope and was nicely taped. I threw the envelope away. I didn't even think to take a picture of it.

I wanted to ask you if you would be interesting in putting down vocals on a version of ILIL? This could be a contribution to the VV fan tribute. I titled it "Loud & Proud". I used a raw isolated drum track from Eric Carr and I added some bass guitar. I'm looking for somebody to play guitar tracks on it. I would also like to rewrite the lyrics to fit the original title of the song.

What ever you thinks works best. Didn't you do a cover of "War Machine" as well. If so, at first listen I thought it was a real rehearsal demo/soundcheck/unmixed track from KISS. I think what would be great is to have the lyrics reworked and to have you do the Gene voice that you feel is best for the track. Experiment with it. I'm happy to hear that you're on board. Need some guitars put on it also.

The way I see it now, unless he says something DIRECTLY to me, I won't part with any cash.

It is utterly amazing that he referenced KISS after signing his name! It is also good to see that his writing seems stable and strong so hopefully he is in decent health. His handwriting looks the same as years ago except that it is damn hard to write on a T-Shirt.

This is a very encouraging development!
