This forum is not for or against Vinnie, it's just a forum and it goes where it goes.

If Vinnie acts badly you'll read about it here. If Vinnie does wonderful things you'll also hear about it here.

Vinnie's actions decide the tone.

When he is really quiet things are different again, we just to into hibernation mode and speculate and try to find out things we didn't know before.

With Vinnie active on Youtube and the DoubleV board things are very different to how they were in the past. We've actually heard from the guy!

Sadly, what we are hearing is not fantastic and there the problems lie. We are the island of misfit toys.

Our forum just looks better than his is all. I think that's what's really at the heart of the problem, the slick functionality and looks of the VVFF compared to DoubleV, lol......

Things aren't really better,just different.

We all wish the best, that he can rise to greatness again, but his attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

His attitude is why he has lost so much over the years and will continue down this path for the foreseeable future.

Are you on the DoubleV forum now Marco? Don't answer that, if you are, you won't be for much longer.

Peace with Vinnie would be great, but if that cannot be, then "so be it" (Insert Emperor Palpatine voice here)

Vinnie Vincent message boards have existed long before Vinnie decided he should run one, and they will be around after he's gone.

We just take things as they come, you never know what tomorrow may bring. I might get an email from Vinnie, ready to apologize and move forward. You never know. Well, I almost know as I'm pretty sure that won't be happening.

I hear you Marco. I don't have access there either. We love Vinnie's music so much, it's genius. We just don't understand the man behind it.

This is-as you know quite well, i think- a forum of people who have supported V through thick an thin, were ready to help him out for free and then were banned from their own forum without any explanation.Those fans reunited here out of Vic's effort to keep things afloat.Even if they were not treated well, most of the people here were ready to go above and beyond the call of duty to make things happen in the best possible way.Since tha t covered a lot of ground, sometimes it was done in the best possible way, sometimes it was not, depending on the persepctive of who was reading- or lurking.
I don't see why a forum must be simply a place of worship-or else!

A forum is what it is, a place where people express their opinions- good and bad.Based on facts, feelings, impressions.Within the rules and guidelines.And you can be a fan of somebody's music wihtout any need to blindly follow the leader.

Let me throw the ball back into the court:What V does expect from his fans?


I'm sure V has seen how much passion there was behind many people's actions here.I'm sure he disliked many of the things discussed here.Ok, fine.He has also chosed to act in a certain way torwards some people. His choice.Do i have to accept everyhting he says or do as manna from heaven? I don't think so.

L'agiografia è per i santi .Here there are simply normal people, discussing about the music they like.And respecting each other.You give respect, you get respect.

No matter how famous you are or have been.Taking the rough with the smooth is part of the game, for everybody.Within reason.And everybody can draw the line when they feel like it.

To call this form a "hate group" does neglet too many things.And to ban people because they hare here it seems to be a bit too much.To me.If he's fine- and there could have been ways to promote positivity- good for him.Simply don't expect for people to dance with joy at the perspective.

About his pivate life, for me it is HIS private life. I was interested in music.
