Your favourite Vinnie guitar technique

Getting back on track, at least until Vinnie explodes at us again, I've been listening to the VVI albums, fantastic as they are, and I'm wondering what you guys thought.

On the first album I love the fast runs with wild bent notes and vibrato, really makes the solos. Whammy bar action is also good too.

On ASG the multi tracked solos, with bends and everything are fantastic. Very smooth, yet with fire and passion. Not passion and fire! :wink:

Pretty much the same with me!

As well the nice chord choices in some of the ballads and the clean tone he had on ASG!
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change.Now only a shadow remains! :(

Nobody plays like that.

I don't listen to other "shredders", I just somehow really dig Vinnie's style, along with the rest of the song.

Neither one is a weak spot, they are both very strong.
