Michael Burston, known as Wurzel, is passed away due to ventricular fibrillation, caused by cardiomyopathy.
Before playng with Motorhead, he served in the birtish Army, and played with group such Bastard and warfare.He joined Motorhead in 1984, left the band in 1995 and sporadically published solo cds.
A true carachter(as you can see both in the albums sleeves and in the DVD's of the band), and a great guitarist, he was working on new material with his new band,Leader of Down.His first EP was published in 1984, one song("Bess") was used in the "Eat the rich" movie.
In 1998, quasi-inspired by psychedelically-informed experiences in Ghent, Belgium,[citation needed] Würzel recorded and released an ambient, improvised avant-garde album entitled Chill Out Or Die.
He was still friend with his former bandmates, and jammed with them anytime it was possible.

I'm gonna be playing a lot of Motorhead these coming weeks...
Sorry I just tend to not think of deceased people as completely gone forever
So he's still alive to me when I'm playing some good ol Motorhead
