Good plan. I think Vinnie probably drinks a lot and spends his evenings dressed just like that, angry that his life turned to shit. His wife caught him dressed like this whilst trying to blow himself, that's why he got "testy" a while back. Just my guess of course.

obviously its more what he would look like after a gig than fresh faced for a photo shoot. its bad taste but some of the language I heard today from levay and vvjunkie is much worse taste. plus VV always shows his image when he is younger like at namm. its kind of cheating. i don't know many bands that freeze their image of their youth.

That picture is actually really cool. I think he didn't get a chance to 'shine himself up' for the mugshot, so I think we can assume he could look better than that. Even if he did put all the old gear on - aka like that photo mockup, I think it would be totally awesome
