I can not find one anywhere.

Don't use tabs too much(or don't use em at all). figure songs out yourself (note-by-note) it's more accurate and you'll learn more
Plus it's easier to remember how to play a song if you figure it out yourself, little by little
Ah well that's how I learned guitar and songs and chords and stuff

I would love to hear Ace take another crack at that song and lose all the 80s production. I loved it back then and merely "like" it now. It sounds dated to me.

Thanks... Been lurking for a while... not in to a lot of Controversy but love music, guitars,, play a lot of different styles master of none.


I agree learning something on your own is very satisfying but TAB has its place. I use it if I have to learn something very quickly or to get me in the general area if needed... most tab has some mistakes but its a tool

They're alright but whenever I tried using them they ALWAYS had mistakes or were incomplete, so I really don't like them...even those offical Hal Leonard music books had mistakes!
I remember when I was like 15 or something I used to print empty staff paper and basically transcribe whole albums like Sad Wings of Destiny by Priest and Ready an' Willing by Whitesnake (took maybe 1 or 2 weeks)
I learned to play guitar pretty well just by doing 2 or 3 albums
All notes, chords, solos everything. Aaaaah the good ol' days
Ofcourse you don't want to ALWAYS transcribe everything...I don't do it anymore cause it's too time-consuming (I just figure it out by ear and memorize)
But yeah I definitely recommend transcribing some 70s rock albums if you play (bass) guitar I guarantee you will train your ear, improve musical memory, learn new chords, new phrases, patterns, choosing the optimal hand positioning for different passages, get a feel for arrangements...TREASURES I TELL YOU!
I'm not telling people what to do but having a good trained ear is pretty neat and it saves time!!! So just my suggestion, and sorry if I talk too much
