Never seen that before. Guy's got a classic voice!

He's basically a dude in a wrestling mask and boxing gloves.
He has friends called Homestar Runner and The Cheat.
Not sure if there are making new ones but his pc dies at one point, stuff like that happens to him as he checks and responds to email requests.
